Fresh pasta, done simply
Simple is superior – that’s why our pasta is only made with durum semolina flour and real, whole eggs. Here are some ingredients you won’t find in our pasta:
- preservatives

We use only Ontario beef in our cannelloni, lasagna, and filled pastas.

Making our pasta is simple, but messy
